To cope Javon's problem which he couldn't understand the letters, Mr. T explained it to Javon in detailed.In fact, Mr. T thought it was a normal problem to the students who in a top grade. Always in seventhor eighth grade, they maybe have difficulties in understanding letters, which be called tas"a reading disorder".
　　Eventually, Javon understood what a reading disorder was and how to ask for help. In fact,practice id more was proved to be a useful solution. Additionally, Javon I could not only ask questions to teachers but also share his thoughts and feelings to his classmates. From these,Javon could learn experience and made great program. After listen-ing these, Javon smiled in relief. He decided he would do his best to welcome the next chapter test, Mr. T picked up the books,handing to Javon, " I believe that your grade will be ‘ higher'next time!"
